Wild American Pils

Best Day Brewing already has my favorite Mexican-style NA lager in Electro-Lime, which I covered earlier this year. Wild American Pils launched in March 2026, joining their existing German-style Nature's Pils as the American-style sibling in the lineup.
Wild American is built with American-grown hops, grains, and flaked corn, the classic adjunct that puts this in Bud and Coors territory rather than a craft pils. It comes in at 0.5% ABV and just 33 calories per can. Best Day brews to full strength and then dealcoholizes to preserve the original character.
This one nails the macro-lager lane. It drinks crisp and dry with the corn cracker note built right in, not bolted on. Tate said the simplest beer is the hardest to get right in NA, and he pulled it off. Pick up the multi-pack of Best Day's to get both.
