Sapporo Premium NA

Sapporo has been brewing beer in Japan since 1876, making it the country's oldest beer brand and the number one selling Asian beer in the US. Nearly 150 years in, they've turned their attention to the non-alcoholic market with Sapporo Premium Non-Alcoholic, available in 12oz cans.
There's a genuine maltiness here that many NA lagers simply don't have, and the mouthfeel follows suit, giving it more body than you'd typically expect from the category. The carbonation is prominent, which works in its favor, and it finishes with a pleasant bitterness that lingers just long enough to feel satisfying.
The one concession is a thin, watery quality that creeps in, although it's less pronounced than many of its peers, and easy enough to look past. For a first entry into the NA space from a major mainstream brewer, this is a confident effort.
