All In Hazy IPA

Founded in 2014 in Brooklyn, Other Half Brewing has focussed on intensely hopped, hazy IPAs which quickly earned them a cult following, and what started as a single Carroll Gardens taproom has since grown to multiple locations and easy access across the US.

All In is Other Half's serious entry into the non-alcoholic space. Rather than taking shortcuts, they use an arrested fermentation process that locks in body and hop saturation before alcohol develops, the result coming in at under 0.5% ABV. It's loaded with Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial hops, and has the flavor profile to match, juicy and hoppy.

From the first pour, All In announces itself as something different. It's unmistakably grapefruit-forward, bright, punchy, and genuinely citrusy in a way that many NA IPAs completely miss. The body is full and convincing, which is great, carrying the hops the way a proper hazy should. This is one of the better non-alcoholic IPAs I've come across; an easy pick-up if you spot it at retail.
