Guinness 0

Guinness has been brewing one of the world's most recognizable stouts from St. James's Gate in Dublin since 1759. Their non-alcoholic take on the flagship, Guinness 0, had a bit of a false start: it launched in October 2020, but a contamination scare had Diageo pulling cans from shelves within weeks, and it didn't return until the following summer.
Guinness 0 is brewed with the same four ingredients as classic Guinness: water, barley, hops, and yeast. The signature roasted barley is what gives the beer its deep, near-black color and that familiar coffee-leaning roast character that people reach for Guinness to get. After fermentation, the alcohol is gently cold-filtered out, and a nitrogen widget in the can delivers the creamy cascade you expect when you pour it into a pint glass.
I poured mine from the nitro can into a glass, and the head was seriously impressive, holding on from the first sip all the way to the last. The body isn't quite as creamy as a full-strength Guinness, but it's nowhere near watery, which is the trap most NA stouts fall into. If you're in the mood for a stout, this is an easy pick-up.
