Blue Moon Belgian White

Blue Moon was born in 1995 at the Sandlot Brewery inside Coors Field, invented by brewer Keith Villa who wanted a witbier that Rockies fans raised on Coors Light would actually drink. He added Valencia orange peel and coriander to accentuate the sweetness, and it went on to become the best-selling craft beer in America. Molson Coors finally released this non-alcoholic version at the start of 2024.
Blue Moon NA comes in at under 0.5% ABV with 80 calories per 12oz can, using the same Valencia orange peel and coriander as the original alongside malted barley, wheat, and oats to get that cloudy witbier body.
The pour looks right and the body is fine, but the citrus is turned up way too loud in this version. It drinks more like an orange soda with spice than a beer, and there's a coriander bite that lingers weird on the finish. I wanted this one to land given how iconic the original is, but you're better off reaching for an Erdinger if you want an NA wheat.
