Hitachino Nest is the beer brand of the Kiuchi Brewery, established in the Ibaraki Prefecture of Japan in 1823. Kiuchi started life as a sake and shochu producer and, due to law changes in the mid-1990's started brewing craft beers, combining European beer-making technology with traditional Japanese techniques.

Yuzu is a citrus fruit and plant traditionally of East Asian origin, looking similar to a small grapefruit with uneven skin and is used in Japanese cuisines for its delightful citrus aroma and floral tones.

A lot is going on in this non ale. It's light and refreshing (yuzu) with a delightful kick (ginger), whilst having clear malty and hoppy notes. It's complex, enjoyable, and a big favorite of mine. It may be hard to come by, best to pick it up if you find it.
